I have been letting my property via 9% for almost 3 years whilst living abroad for most of this time. Though it goes without saying that I have been extremely impressed by their efficiency and professionalism from the outset, what really sets this business way ahead of the competition is their pro-activeness in dealing with day-to-day issues without letting them grow into bigger problems. I have to admit, after hearing about many renting nightmares, I was initially hesitant in using a letting agency at all. However, the services I have received from 9% and above all the peace-of-mind I have experienced whilst being so far away from my property is worth far more than the comparatively tiny commission they receive from me. I now realise that though their rate is significantly lower than others in this sector, there is no cause at all for scepticism as Stewart and Fraser run an extremely efficient, highly automated system behind the scenes. This lean business model not only passes on considerable savings to me as a landlord, but it also means that I have never once been paid late and have always received highly itemised reports of whatever detailed information I have asked for. I also can vouch that their communications are great, no matter what part of the globe or time-zone I may be in. This extremely professional company comes highly recommended by me! (4/5)
