Survey was carried out promptly and efficiently. However subsequent admin was appalling with 4 week delay getting copy to mortgage lender and errors galore. Lender eventually gave up, rejected it completely and instructed their own survey and my completion date was delayed by 2 weeks. This is not my first such problem with BB - but it will be my last! (2/5)
