They took more than three weeks to do a very small bathroom, in total they came to work 7 days during three weeks, this company is a huge joke, just avoid it and go for something else. The people is nice but their lack of coordination is simple as I mentioned before a joke! (1/5)

I have just had a new bathroom and kitchen installed by Bubbles Bathrooms. I am absolutely delighted, the work has been finished to a high standard and everyone involved from the designers to the fitters were brilliant. The job took a lot longer than expected but I would have no hesitation in recommending Bubbles to anyone. (5/5)

Had new bathrooms fitted by this company and found the design team and fitters to be excellent. Unfortunately the people who co ordinate the work are a nightmare. For some reason they just do not want to return any calls and communication is non existent. It took ages to complete the job and if you do happen to have a problem there will be no rush to fix it. I thought I was dealing with a professional company but sadly the experience was less than average. I would not recommend this company based on my experience I would not recommend this business to a friend I would not recommend this business to a friend (2/5)

I have had work completed by this company recently. The planning and ordering process was great, the guys who do the actual work are very nice and work to a good standard however the problem with this company is the co ordination of the workman. After starting the job they don't turn up for days, then they come for half days. The communication from the service dept is. Almost non existent to the point where it all becomes very frustrating and pesonaly I regretted doing business because of this poor after sales service Sadly I would not recommend this company to anyone They may supply luxury bathrooms but there service is less than aeverage (2/5)

New bathroom just fitted and looks amazing. No problems at all, fitters a pleasure to have in the house, all very friendly, even the dog liked them! This is now the best room in the house! (5/5)

I have just had my bathroom and kitchen installed by Bubbles and found them to be very good with the design, products and product knowledge. They were recommended to me by a work colleague. The fitting team were very friendly, clean and tidy. The rooms are finished to a high standard and we had many positive comments over the festive season. Whilst the installations were not without their problems, all issues were resolved without any arguments or fuss. I have already recommended them and will definately do so again. (4/5)

Brief Summary: The company states itself as "Luxury fitted bathrooms", but the quality of the workmanship and choice of items they would use was not great. Positives: Sorted out all the paperwork for the council and provided a reasonable design Negatives: The finishing was pretty bad (tile trimming not properly put on, tiled shelf not level, used MDF as opposed to something higher quality, pipework boxing was overly large). Anything that wasn't explicitly specified, the chepaest possible item was used. The choice of pottery was fairly low quality, which we only realised once they were delivered. The man who "helped" in the design process seemed to force us down a certain route when it was never appropriate. We seemed to spend a lot of time pushing back on his ideas as they were so out of touch with what we wanted. In short, I would not use them again. (2/5)
