Ate here this evening - as I usually do once every few weeks. Lovely friendly and energetic service, good food in good portions - good crowd. There is a byob charge, but it's very reasonable and good with threshers and peckams nearby. In all, a great wee place.

Somewhat surprised to see the other comment for the Stockbridge Buffalo Grill - so thought I'd post my thoughts.
This is a great neighbourhood restaurant; offering a varied menu at reasonable prices. I've always found the staff very friendly and able to keep up the service even when things get busy.
Has many frequent local patrons, so it must be doing something right. And although a reasonably priced list of wines, they also don't charge for corkage which is great if you've a good red at home for your steak.

Do not go here!
We visited the restaurant last night after a walk around town, after seeing it in the area in the passing many times. We were enticed in by the nice looking menu, but what we got was poor service from a Blonde haired waitress who couldnt even be bothered to make eye contact with us. Initial service was slow when we wanted drinks.
We ordered Jambalaya and a stir fry dish. I personally asked for my Jambalaya not to be cooked with celery. After eating a short while, I discovered chopped bits of celery at the bottom of the dish, which led me to believe that the chef had picked the pieces he could see out by hand - which suggested to me that it was processed and premade food.
Overall, this was a restaurant I would not recommend to anyone. Poor food with very steep prices. I could go on, but I wont.
