I've used a couple of recruitment agencies in the past and have to say my experience with change has been poor. Having gone in for a meeting, one of the consultants said he was going to put my details forward for a couple of jobs and I just didn't hear back from him, despite emailing him twice to ask. This was a senior consultant. I also went for an interview for a role looked after by one of their other consultants and have yet to hear anything back despite having again, emailed repeatedly. I'm assuming I was unsuccessful, however confirmation and feedback would be nice. It's a shame they deal with a lot of the project management and finance roles. Extremely disappointed. (2/5)
