Stafford Street Branch- Did not do what I asked them to do, in fact did the exact opposite. I asked for more volume, and an easy-to-manage to haircut. Instead the hairdresser thinned my hair out and gave it such an awkward and ugly shape that means I can't go outside without serious blowdrying and products. Went back for a recut to fix the problem with another hairdresser. While it looks slightly better now, it still looks pretty bad and definitely looks a lot worse than my original hair.
