I've been going to Cheynes for a year or so, Laura cuts and colours my hair and she's really good, always does what I ask for but adds her own twists to make it better. The only slightly bad thing about this salon is that some of the senior staff don't make an effort to be friendly. maybe they think if they're not doing your hair they don't need to smile at you when you're waiting but actually, it makes a difference to the customer experience!
