THE WIND TOOK THE RECEIPT FOR A VISA APPLICATION. I PHONED THE CONSULATE IN EDINBURGH. GOT A MESSAGE THAT WITH ID, I CNA PICK UP THE VISA AN PASSPORT THE NEXT DAY. THANK YOU FOR BEING SO HELPFUL

I have found the staff very helpful and have had not problems with obtaining a Visa
