Forth Lettings couldn't even be bothered finding out a council tax band for me. When I went to view a property there were about 15 other people waiting to see it at the same time and still they were over 15 minutes late. If an agency is this bad at the sales stage I hate to imagine how awful they'd be once they have your money. Don't waste your time finding out.
