Absolutely not recommended. They have Cut & paste of same Email every time you email them. In order to facilitate your visit at the consulate It is essential that visa applications are carefully prepared. Applications must be lodged in person. You should know that we are dealing with quite a large amount of applicants especially at this time of the year. Therefore, we recommand that you come at 9.30 AM, Monday to Friday. (?please see online the list of days when the consulate is closed )

Getting advice and help from the French Consulate makes prayers seem a better option.
