I had terrible service at Howdens Sighthill branch. The kitchen designer ( Harry )took 3 weeks to deliver a plan which I did not want and he was unwilling to discuss any changes with me. I eventually designed the kitchen with the help of my builder but they sent the wrong hinge twice and when we finally picked it up there was no apology at all. All of the staff were condescending and spectacularly unhelpful at every stage and I will never use them again or recommend that anyone else does. (2/5)
