Dropped by with my (deceased) father’s watch, wanting to have the old movement replaced with a new quartz one. The guy wouldn’t even come out and speak to me. We had a brief and unhelpful exchange via the storefront person. The watchmaker did not even have the courtesy to come out and look at the watch. This is very disappointing behaviour from a grand old firm. If you want customer service, look elsewhere. (2/5)
