I had returned to the food pick up area at KFC today because I had not been given fries I had paid for. The lovely New Zealand woman verified that I'd ordered/paid for them after I couldn't present my receipt as it had been taken off of me. The ginger/auburn foreign woman who gave me the fries was very rude and told me 'next time not lose my receipt' or I wouldn't be given the fries. I'm very shocked at the behaviour of this woman and I hope something can be done about it or I will not be returning. (1/5)
