I paid a very large deposit for a kitchen.. I was promised it had been ordered, the date came for fitting and they didn't turn up. The kitchen had never been ordered from bulthuap and they had spent my deposit on business expenses. Its now several months later and they still owe me a large amount. Bulthuap will no longer deal with them so they have no way of providing the kitchen. I believe they are using other peoples deposits to slowly refund mine. Totally unprofessional, bordering on dishonest.
