the service was very professional, they started with a hairstyle that i didn't quite like, i mentioned that and they restarted doing a very nice one. Plus, the massage before the hairstyle was very good. Price also very reasonable. (4/5)

have went to salon loads of times staff very polite and welcoming ,get what you ask for aim to make custmers feel good when hair is fin never had to complain about any thing. (4/5)

possibly the worst salon experience to date. Salon is in urgent need of an update - it is not cheap and given what is on offer in Edinburgh in a similar price range they seriously need to up their game. Young staff were extremely unprofessional - discussing clients in an inappropriate manner. General impression was that they could not be bothered being there! Went in for colour - the colour is fine but nothing special and took almost 3 hours (when 2 is normal). Magazines tattered and very out of date. If you like to take "time out" of your busy day and enjoy your visit to the salon, steer well clear of this one! (2/5)

The worst haircut ever.How can a professionally trained hairdresser cut one side 2 inches shorter than the other?I suspect the other reviews on this site are by the staff or their friends. (1/5)

I would recommend the stylists in this salon, but the lower level staff that wash your hair are terrible, they soak you and are very rough when washing your hair (2/5)

Loved it! Very helpful staff who tell you what they think is best without putting down your opinions! I went from long brown hair to very short, spiky purple hair! And was soo pleased I tipped the girl £20! (5/5)

I have used this hairdressers for a long time now and find it a great salon.the staff are great,massage omg!!! a really good place to have your hair done. (5/5)

Excellent salon - all staff friendly - head massage to die for and colour and cut wonderful. A Hairdressers that actually listen to what you want. (5/5)
