only called to enquire about passport renewals and got plenty of excellent information about where i could go and what i would need only regret i have after coming of the phone is that i should have asked for the girls name who helped me, i would have loved to thank her some more for her excellent service and friendly and kind manner of dealing with my query ,it made me feel like a person and not just a number thank you

Superb service and advice for getting a spouse schengen visa. appointment made and interview in a very pleasant manner. Passport with visa returned within 7 days. Excellent and friendly

Clear and accurate advice given in a professional and pleasant manner regarding documentation and type of photographs required to renew my passport. The whole process between initial contact and receipt of my new passport took less than 2 weeks. Excellent service.
