Unless you really need to be in this location - which is really nice - I would seriously encourage you not to think of staying here. The house is 18th century and the decor reflects that! The room was drab, the duvet cover torn and the bed was like a rocx. My worst gripe though was the breakfast. Together with a friend, in another room, we were working at a conference and required to be out of the house by 8.20pm and so wqent down for breakfast at 7.30am, we were lucky to receive our cooked breakfast by 8.05pm which left us little time to eat it, and maybe some toast and clean our teeth and be out of the house in 15 minutes which put pressure on what were to be pressurised days. The owner was vaguely charming but seemed to think we ought to be grateful that he allowed us to stay there at all. We would never ever to there again, despite our being recommended there.
