I was very pleased with the service that The Flat Company provided me for my HMO property. They looked after all aspects of my HMO licence and were able to have tenants in place in spring for the academic year starting in September. They also provided me with full details of the inspections that took place and I always felt that my property was in safe hands. (5/5)
