The only time I have used them they were very pleasant and seemed to know what they were talking about. Their quote was about a third of the others and they insisted the others were bloating their quotes and claiming that the work the others were quoting for was unecessary.
We asked them to do the repair. That was 14 months ago and now the repair has failed. They blamed this on poor whether. However, a repair is a repair and shouldn't fail in such a short time. The fact that it has happened again means what they did was insufficient. However, their recent quote is now at the same value as their competitors and involves a much more thorough undertaking.
They don't guarantee their repairs, so be warned.

I actually disagree with your comments. I have used Trinity Roofing for years - in fact they have assisted me with some of the flats that I own and have saved me quite a substantial amount of money due to other firms trying to charge me excessively. They are very professional in their manner and quite the opposite in what you have articulated. I would definately recommend and would go as far as to say that i would only use Trinity Roofing. My flat block used Trinity Roofing for a job and I'd never use them again. The first piece of work they completed did not actually seal the leak it was supposed to so we had to pay for a second piece of work which still didn't completely seal the leak. When I asked why we had to pay again for a second piece of work I was told that they couldn't tell exactly where the leak was coming from so an educated guess was used for the first piece of work which turned out to be incorrect. They went on to say that even if the second piece of work did not fix the problem we would have to subsequently pay again for a third piece of work because 'that's just the way it is'.
When I asked for a break down of their short, undetailed and massively expensive quotation nothing was forthcoming and the particular gentleman I dealt with was both aggressive and unhelpful.
It was the factors of our building that actually OKed the works to go ahead without any prior consultation but had I seen the quotation I certainly would not have agreed to using Trinity. I asked a roofer friend of mine if he thought the quote was expensive and he actually laughed and told me he could have done it for a third of the price.
A representative from the factors, two from Trinity and myself even met to discuss the collective dissatisfaction with the work. During the meeting tempers got a little frayed but that was mostly due to the same Trinity individual mentioned above constantly talking over any questions directed to him and generally condescending anyone in his path.
In short, these guys are way too expensive, rude and unwilling to accept any blame for sub-standard work.
