This Supermarket is Fabolous! All the food is so tasty!!! especially their meat and cupcakes!And I fell in Love with one of their boys !!I'm not joking!! If only I could stay more!! bye bye my blonde scottish boy! bye bye waitroseee!! (5/5)

I have never usedthis supermarket, but I feel I must comment on the way they treated my daughter, Gillian Joseph, when she bacame ill there today, 16/1/11. The staff took her to their staff area, allowed her to use btheir loo when she felt nauseous, brought her water for which they refused to accept payment, offered her tea and food (which she declined!) and offered to do any remaining shopping for her. When she felt better she thanked them for their kindness and left to resume her shopping, but was again asked in the store by one of the ladies who had originally been caring for her if she was now feeling better, and if there was anything further they could do for her. She was also offered a taxi home, which she again declined with thanks. This is customer service at it's best, particularly as this branch is not local to her (she lives in Leith and had been visiting a friend in that part of the city). Once again, I would like to add my thanks to hers. (5/5)
