I used Watson roofing to re-do felt guttering to the front and back of my house. They offered a competitive premium with a ten year guarantee for the work. Unfortunately, only two weeks later it become evident that the work had not been done correctly. A second opinion from another roofing firm confirmed this. Water was still coming into the house. It has now been over three months since they done the work and they have not come back to fix the roof. I have been phoning every second day, they have had numerous failed appearances when I have been promised they are coming round, and overall it has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. We are now having to seek legal action as they are not honouring their guarantee.
