Thank you Angela - your name describes you. We were having flowers delivered to the workplace for a 60th birthday, but the birthday girl was held up due to flight cancellations - Angela did all she could to stop delivery and was very reassuring about rescheduling delivery when required. Flowers were beautiful - well worth the money.
